When the going gets tough, the tough gets going

In our life, there are many problems that challenge us to continue fighting to survive in this cruel world. Some people simply give up and choke on the pressure. But some survive by working hard and asking God for guidance. I am impressed on people that become very successful just by perseverance and never giving up and be tough. I am inspired by them to do good in school and have a good job so someday I will be successful and rich.

Math Fest

The program started with the presentation of kings and queens. I just stayed in the room most of the day. There are many different contests and activities. I am not involved in any of those so I just watched in the gym. Everybody is occupied with their own business. In the afternoon, I watched the performance of the juniors in the Math Jingle. They are great but they lost to the seniors for the first place.

My letter to the nymph

Dear Nymph,

You know that I love you very much, that I am willing to give everything just to make you happy and be my love. But because you dumped the shepherd for promising too much material things, I see that you do not need those things to be the love of someone. So I promise to be different. I can show you that my love will not be faded like the promises that the shepherd is offering you. I just want you to know that I love you so much that I will give up my life for you. I will love you eternally. I assure you that my love for you is more than what the shepherd is  promising you. So I will ask you to come with me and be my love.
